Why can't I get to the ProCard log in page?
Some resorts set up firewalls to enhance the security of their ProCard sites. These firewalls can include preventing people from logging in if they are outside of the US. If you are traveling, you may not have access to ProCard.
Why can't I log into my ProCard account?
There are a few reasons you might be struggling to log in

Are you on the correct resort's website? Check your browser to make sure you are at procard.myhomemountain.com

Are you using the right log in credentials? If your log in is an email, check to make sure it is the one associated with your account. Check the spelling and capitalization of your password as well
How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, you will need to contact someone at your ski and ride school to reset it for you
